Youth Ministry

The Youth Group at First Baptist is a welcoming community for students in middle and high school to come explore their faith in a safe and supportive environment. The Youth meet twice weekly for a time of Bible study, fun, and fellowship on Wednesdays from 5:30-7:00 pm (Dinner is provided) and on Sunday afternoons from 2:00-3:30 pm. In addition, the Youth have at least one opportunity a month to gather together outside of regular meetings, including service opportunities, lock-ins, weekend retreats, and Passport summer camps.

Spring Break Lock-in, April 9, 2025 5:30 pm until 6:00 am April 10.
A night of fun awaits at First Baptist! Bring blankets and pillows if you think you'll be able to sleep at all!

June 22-27, 2025: Passport Choices in Spartanburg, South Carolina
Join us and several other youth groups from across the nation in a week long summer camp at Converse University in South Carolina. Students will have the opportunity to participate in worship, Bible study, and a fun activity of their choosing all while getting a taste of the college experience. There is a cost associated with this trip. Scholarships are available for those with financial need. Contact Zach for more details.
